It was a long time ago but I climbed Glorieta Baldy twice in 1960 and twice in 1961 when I worked at Glorieta Baptist Assembly. Back then the trail up the mountain was rather easy but the last part starting at the tree line was very ardorous even for an 18 year old guy in good physical condition. I could see the "four corners" area to the NW from the fire tower on the summit. It was rather spooky at night and I admit to being fearful. I don't recommend climbing this Mt alone. Take a buddy just in case.
