In the summer of 1960, I was part of the cast of a summer stock company that performed at the Ross Common Playhouse. Though no longer in existence, the playhouse was located directly across the street from the Ross Common Manor which still stands on Route 115, south of Saylorsburg and north of Wind Gap. The Manor is on the Nat'l Historic Register. Besides myself, other actors, singers, dancers, etc. in the cast was a 16 year old by the name of Carly Simon (!!!) who was the kid sister of our female star Joanna Simon. I'd be interested in hearing from anyone who was familiar with the Ross Common Playhouse as it operated during the late '50-early '60s.
