I had to privilege to be allowed access to the Storm Ranch today, that I might get to visit the Gatlin-Garrett (Cherry Springs) cemetery where several of my ancestors are buried. My Great Great Grandparents, Hiram Bryant and Mary Wray Bryant are buried here. Their Grandson, Alexander Bryant is buried here, also. There are 2 other graves with markers. However, all engraving has been erased by the elements. Hiram Bryant served Hays County as a County Commissioner, Justice of the Peace and Constable. He was born in Wilson County, Tennessee in 1802. He died in Blanco, Hays, Texas in 1881.
